Data we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never receive your password and we do not access any other data in your Google account.
When you use the app we store the information you enter:
- the exercises you mark as done and their date,
- your body-weight entries,
- the training plans you create or edit,
- your preferences (current plan, hidden plans, preferred videos).
Technical data. Our hosting provider logs technical data about each visit (IP address, browser, requested pages) to run and protect the service. Your browser stores your preferred language and session data.
What we use it for
- To let you sign in and see your own data from any device.
- To show you your calendar, charts and routines.
- To keep the service running and secure.
We do not sell your data or use it to build health profiles.
Advertising and cookies
The public pages of this site may show Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads, measure their performance and, if you agree, personalize them based on your visits to this and other sites. Learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services and turn off personalized ads in Google's ad settings.
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before using advertising cookies, through Google's consent message.
Technique videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
Who we share data with
We use providers that process data on our behalf:
- Supabase: database and authentication, where your account and logs are stored.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Google: sign-in, advertising (AdSense) and videos (YouTube).
These providers may process data outside your country, under the safeguards described in their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you have an account. If you ask us to delete it, we remove your account and all your logs within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data by writing to support@gymtracking.app from the email you sign in with. Inside the app you can also delete any training or weight entry at any time.
