About GymTracking
GymTracking started from a concrete need: following a gym routine adapted to an ankle injury. Typical routines are full of squats, lunges and jumps, and there was no simple way to know which exercises loaded the joint and which did not. So we put together a training sheet built on guided machines, with a video for every exercise, and turned it into an app to check off what you do each day.
What we offer
- A free app to organize routines by day, check off exercises, see your training month on a calendar and log your weight.
- An exercise catalog classified by type, muscle group, movement pattern, equipment and the joints each exercise loads.
- Ready-made routines and a generator that builds a plan from your days, your time and the joints you want to protect.
- Calculators for 1RM, calories and macros.
How we create the content
Exercise pages explain technique in plain language, along with the most common mistakes and variations. The joint classification shows which joints take significant load during the exercise. It is a practical guide for choosing alternatives, not a diagnosis.
The content is for information only and does not replace a professional. If you have an injury, see a doctor or physical therapist before training.
How it is funded
GymTracking is free. The public pages may show Google ads, which helps us keep the service running. The app avoids showing ads while you train.
